内容简介：This study applies the data envelopment analysis (DEA) approach and extends the group-specific cost Malmquist (CM) productivity index of Maniadakis and Thanassoulis (2004) to define the meta cost Malmquist productivity index under meta production technology. Parallel to the technology gap defined in the relationship between a group-specific adopted technology and its meta potential technology, we define a CM gap as the ratio of two cost Malmquist productivity indices that measure the convergence of the group-specific cost frontier to the meta cost frontier and develop a further decomposition of the CM gap. To implement the decompositions of the CM index and CM gap, the research empirically examines panel data of 27 Taiwanese banks and 18 Mainland banks covering the period 2006-2009.
个人简介：黄美瑛，台湾大学学士、硕士，University of Georgia博士，主要研究方向为产业经济学，经济发展、技术变动与成长，计量经济学。现任台北大学经济学系系主任、教授，曾任台北大学社会科学学院教授兼院长，行政院公平交易委员会（Fair Trade Commission）委员。是台湾效率与生产力学会理事长（2013-2015），台湾经济学会理事，经济论文、应用经济论丛、公平交易季刊等多个期刊的编委。在国内及国际期刊上发表数十篇论文，包括Omega, Journal of Productivity Analysis, Taiwan Journal of Applied Economics, Journal of Media economics, 公平交易季刊, 经济论文, 应用经济论丛等。
