嘉宾简介：
Christopher O'Donnell is a Professor of Economics at the University of Queensland (UQ). He is former Director of the UQ Centre for Efficiency and Productivity Analysis, a co-editor of the Journal of Productivity Analysis, and a Distinguished Fellow of the Australian Agricultural and Resource Economics Society. He is a theoretical and applied econometrician with more than 30 books and papers in international refereed journals. His current research is focused on decomposing measures of productivity change into measures of technical, environmental and efficiency change. He has provided in-house training and/or been a consultant for organisations including the World Bank, the International Rice Research Institute, the Australian Energy Regulator, the NSW Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal, and the Independent Hospital Pricing Authority.
